What else is offered?

Students have many opportunities to develop self-confidence and increase self-esteem through a variety of yearly special events and school-wide programs.

Activities include art contests, a yearlong reading contest, a science fair, and talent shows. All students and staff enjoy an annual picnic held at the end of the school year.

A Student of the Week/Month program promotes pride and self-satisfaction through which students strive to improve in areas of behavior and academic performance.

Additionally, students are rewarded monthly for perfect attendance.

Rewards are also earned for successful participation in "Operation: Good Neighbor" which offers students opportunities to work cooperatively with their peers.
